My goal as a teacher is to help my students achieve a good, consistent shot.  The student must be committed to improve their game and take the necessary steps to get there.  It is not an easy process, but with time and commitment anyone can learn. My method of teaching is focused on the needs and individuality of the golfer. My teaching philosophy is quiet simple; give the golfer what he or she wants. I specialize in eliminating frustration and communicate a clear understanding of the fault and the cure in a language you can understand. I am in constant contact with the latest developments in golf instruction and seek guidance from other teaching professionals, club manufactures, chiropractors, and nutritionists to develop each student a complete player. Keep it on the short grass!

Gener Jimenez completed his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of the Philippines in 1994 and then earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at the University of Colorado in Denver in 2010.  His special interest in motor control and motor learning allowed him to help his patients improve their posture and body mechanics using surface EMG-biofeedback techniques.  Having the passion for golf, Gener developed  and taught golf conditioning classes at the University of Colorado Outpatient Clinic with the goal of improving posture, flexibility, balance and core strength to maximize golf swing efficiency.

In September 2013, he received his Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certification as a medical professional.  TPI Certification is a multi-level, multi-track certification program designed to improve the overall knowledge base of any professional that works with golfers. Gaining the TPI certification gives the health, fitness or golfing professional the skills to perform a golf-specific physical examination, analyze 3-D motion capture data to measure swing efficiency and design a customized workout program to improve a golfer’s overall performance.

In December 2013, Gener also achieved Level 1 and Level 2 K-Vest Certifications in performing 3D swing analysis and designing of biofeedback swing drills and fitness exercises.
